I had one at age 11 (sex at age 21).

The only thing I can tell you is: If you are 11 and you are already having sex, you need to be really careful, there are a lot of diseases out there that are transmitted sexually. Just protect yourself and thing in the consequences of having sex, which are transmitted diseases, pregnancy, etc. Are you ready for that?
And yes, when you are sexually active you should have a pap smear every year or every 6 months. Just be careful girl.
