Question: My friend just got her boobs implant and she said to me that plastic surgery is perfectly ok and normal if you desire it, so does my mom who got eye lift
i'm 19, and 174cms/119lbs(54kgs) and my boobs are 34e and i'm thinking about breast reduction surgery
but i'm confuse,will this surgery makes me fake ? because sometimes i have back pain.

make you fake in what sense? i work as a nurse in an international hospital that does all these cosmetic surgery and i believe that as long as it makes people feel good about themselves, there's nothing wrong. i've seen a lot of patient's go home with so much confidence and satisfaction. if it's causing you back pains, the more you have reason to have it done :)
I wouldn't think so, but talk to a plastic surgeon, and see what they say.
If you have a back pain, it means your boob's disturbing you. Try to consult to the doctor and tell about all of your problem. Don't do anything without any advise from the professional first.

I would DEFINITELY get breast reduction! you are 19 years old, 119 lbs and a 34E... That is way to much for you're back to handle.
