Do you have something warm you can put on your lower belly? Like a hot water bottle or one of those hot-cold packs? Maybe wet a small towel, microwave it, and put it in a plastic bag, that might work. Can you ask anyone to go get pain pills for you? Does anyone else nearby have pain pills? Also, I had a friend claim that massaging your lower back behind the pain helps, but I've never tried it. Additionally, stay away from caffeine and salt, those can make you feel worse.

Drink hot tea, take a warm bath...heat helps to relieve cramps.

If you can't go out alone, you really should have someone pick you up some Motrin, Pamprin, or Premsyn.

Good luck sweetie! :)

ok, so no pills? take a hot bath, drink hot tea o sugar) and lie on your left said, and squeexze them, it works!!!

Soak a towel in hot water and lay with it on your bare stomach, drink some caffeine, and try and breath evenly and deeply.

Try laying on your back and bring your knees up into your chest and squeeze them. That should relieve some of the pressure for a while. Doing some Yoga or stretching excesses can really help these cramps. Also, take a Mydol they are made especially for these kind of cramps. Hope you feel better.

Amen to that. They hurt like crap! But to get rid of them take a warm bath. It works for me. Good luck!

Please try 2000mg of Calcium with 1000mg Magnesium from your drug store. It's natural and is good to take on a regular basis. Meanwhile, try drinking milk. Good luck, dear.
