You might be slightyl dehydrated. Then when you have any vigorous activity it makes you have a headache. Drink more water during the day every day. It might make a big difference.

never heard of that one....but have known severe sleepiness or cravings for a cigarette. actually my ex used to give me a headache..full stop..
