I think you mean "spayed" or neutered like animals? There are of course hysterectomies and vasectomies that do this. There are medications that can be used to cause sterility, but they are typically used only in cases of sexual predators and the like. Years ago they sterilized the mentally ill, but that's an unethical practice not used anymore. No doctor is going to do anything to make you sterile. Your best bet is injectable or oral contraception.

There are devices out there, similar to an IUD that is a more permanent solution. Can't remember of the name right now, but you could talk to your doctor about different alternatives for permanent and short term solutions. Usually it involves some type of procedure or prescription tho to make yourself infertile.
If you are young tho, no doctor will approve a permanent solution.
