Try these, everyone that I know of who has tried them, like the results. Do cross leg crunches. Lay down on your back, cross your ankles and spread your knees as far apart as you can. Now do a crunchy, with your shoulders about 6 inches off the floor, you lower back should not leave the floor. Hold for a count of 5 and concentrate on your abs muscles, contracting them as hard as you can. Then go down and repeat. If you hold the count and concentrate, you will only be able to do about 10 to 15 crunches. This type of exercise works the abs instead of the hip flexors. If you do 10 to 15 of these, it will be the same as 75 to 100 sit-ups.

eat right nd go for walks nd try to work out more

Don't worry about it. After giving birth that's normal. I'm sure you know that, but most people don't get back to the shape they used to be in. Excersises: Tummy tucks, Crunches, Belly rolls.

i know how u feel. what u can do is watch what u eat and if ur breast feeding that helps a lot. crunches and walking worked for me, although everyone adjusts differently. but i would try walking at least 30 min a day and do crunches ( how ever many u can handle) good luck
