Negative blood test still pregnant?!
Question: Has anyone ever had a negative blood test but has still been pregnant>? My period is 2 weeks late which is extremely unusual for me. I am normally very regular. I have done hpts and had a blood test a week ago and was negative, as were all the urine tests. Its been a week since any test was done. Doctors dont know. they said they dont look into it unless you havent had your period for 6 months. I am trying to get pregnant and cant wait that long. if something is wrong with me i want to sort it out now not in 6 months so I can try and get pregnant. Could i be pregnant? I have one son already so I kind of know what kind of things I'm looknig for as far as symptoms are concerned. I have been alittle nasueas and had some cramps but yeah. has anyone had a negative blood test and still been pregnant? I've heard they are pretty damn spot on but I know they're not 100% . Please help!

how many times are you going to ask this question?? I dont mean to be rude but Im getting tired of seeing the same question from you over and over again. You've posted this question 4 times and you're going to continue to get the same answers over and over again. You're right, blood tests are not 100% accurate and on rare occasions, there is such thing as a false negative blood test. Wait another week or two and if AF doesnt come, go get tested again.
If you had a negative blood test, you are not pregnant. I had the same thing happen to me, and I had an ovarian cyst. I was treated with hormones and it went away and everything went back to normal. If your doctor won't look at you for 6 months, go to another doctor. Have you lost weight lately or had a lot of stress? Sometimes little things can throw off your cycle.
You can actually want to be pregnant so badly you will develop symptoms of pregnancy. including missed periods. If you have both a negative blood and negative urine tests, you are not pregnant...they can detect pregnancy by blood when they cannot detect it through a urine test. You may however be experiencing the following
Pseudopregnancy: absence of menses accompanied by other signs of pregnancy without conception; may be due to psychogenic factors, abdominal neoplasia, or a hormonal disorder.
