every birth control is different and the effects are different for everyone but more commonly yes, theres the chance your breasts will get bigger, headaches, stomachaches, all kinds of things can happen. some birth control are low-dose in hormones to minimize side effects. there is no guarentee that your boobs will get bigger or this or that, you wont know for sure until you try it. ive had one birth control make my boobs much bigger and make me horribly nauseous while another one did nothing at all to my boobs but it gave me some headaches. effectiveness depends on what youre using but remember that no birth control is 100% effective besides just not having sex. good luck.

-edit- yes you can. i started on birth control because i had extremely painful periods. talk to your doctor/ go to planned parent hood and they will help you make the right birth control choice to fit your needs/ body.
birth control gives u both....(mostly lighter periods) not totally effective and i am unsure about side affects!

If you wanna have sex, have a baby! give a little person life, instead of having sex for fun!!!!! that's NOT what God wanted when he told us how to make babies!!!!!!!!!! it does give u lighter periods, but not big Titts. If u HAVE to take birthcontrol, I recommend Yaz, it clears acne, and gives u lighter periods with no bloating or cramping.
