Light period .....yaz birth control?!
Question: I been on yaz for four months normally my period is heavy but lastmonth it was almost non excistance ...will it stay this way?

The purpose of Yaz, other than birth control, is control long or heavy periods. The normal period on Yaz is about 3 days, give or take....so hopefully for you it will stay this way.
yes if you read the yaz lable it tells you that it will continuosly be normal this is a cause of this birth control...
Birth control does lighten your periods and it even shortens the timeframe.
yep, i take yasmin (pretty much the same as yaz) and i barely bleed. i have 1 heavy day and 2 light..i love it.
It most likely will as long as you stay on yaz. This is because it has thinned out the lining of the uterus over a prolonged usage. It's not a bad thing...I wish I could have stayed on Yasmin because it gave me *almost* no cramps AND made my period uber light...but the list that I made that filled an entire 8.5"x11" sheet of paper of bad side effects over the 2 month time period that I was on it kinda hindered my decision on staying on it. When I see my gyno next (which, over the phone gave me the go-ahead to stop using yasmin) I am going to present him with the list.
