Question: ok im getting a little heavy if you know what i mean i work out but people say that they can see my t.i.t.s threw my sweater im a guy they look like t.i.t.s is their anyway that i can tuck these fat things under a special material or something? how can i make them not to show as much please help sometimes when i hug girls they can feel them and im really embarrased. im going out with this girl tuesday and some friends of hers and mines

u can buy the lil spandex thinge. ( i think that's wut it's call) it really helps. and oh yea, i am not trying to be rude but maybe u should watch wut ya eat a lil more so u wouldn't be embrase a lil. good luck. and hope i helped!

You question here is kind of backwards. Many of the females who use this board are wanting ideas to enhance their breasts, not hide them.
I would talk to your doctor about the issues you have and let him or her put you on a proper diet and exercise program. If you are not doing your workout correctly you could be making the matter worse.

In the meantime I suggest you wear an ace bandage and wrap up your chest tight and wear a light tee under your shirt. You will be fine. Also finding a looser buttoned shirt to wear over your tee will help to cut down the boob look.
try a sports bra that has a racer back it will look like your waring a tank under your shirt and it will keep them in place look for one w a lot of support they have them at walmart for $7 if not i think they have spandex under shirts for men buy a size smaller so then there held in place better good luck !
