Well, masturbating does increase blood flow to your breasts, therefore it can make them tender as you build arousal until right after you orgasm (then the blood flow becomes normal again). Also, masturbating causes a "discharge" - lubrication! That's why you get "wet," and also, when women come, they release a tiny amount of fluid from a gland down there. If you don't shower or go to the bathroom and wipe after you finish, you can still feel like you have a "discharge" down there.
Of course, you didn't say how long any of these symptoms last or how long they've been going on. You could just be constipated, which can cause cramp-like feelings, or be bloated. See how long it lasts or how bad the symptoms get. it might just be the remaining excess hormones in your body. Higher counts of estrogen will lead to more discharge and sometimes a change in texture as well as more tender breasts. As for the cramps, that is a bit odd. You might want to talk that over with your Gyno. Then again it might be some genetic thing within your family.
