Yes you probably can but it would be difficult. You need to treat the condition to kill the eggs otherwise you will be fighting a losing battle. Go to the Pharmacy and they will advise.

I heard rubbing alcohol, or better Ben gay

That's a good idea. I'll have to try that, I've had a problem for awhile now. I've tried everything.
LMAO!!!

Moondances question? i asked same hahahah. No u cant need different solution from Pharmacy.

You need a lice killing shampoo made of 1% permethrin or pyrethrin. Follow the directions on the bottle. It is very effective.

Shave the lot off and start again, save yourself a lot of
unnecessary agony.

That sort of lice are better known as crabs.
Invite your friends over for a seafood feast!

no go to a clinic that's sooooooooooooooooooo disgusting!!! next time be more careful where you put it!!

Try a wire brush ;)

You might eventually succeed this way. Alternatives include using malathion preparations or having a pubic shave. There are additional concerns however, pubic lice are really only spread sexually, and, in common with all STDs if you have one, you may have picked up more that one! It is therefore recommended that you go to a clinic for a full STD screen.

i have an odd answer to this.....
you see last year i got pubic lice!
and a mate said that i should pour coke on it
it really works!
haha try it!
good luck :)
