-drink lots of water
-use a heatnig pad or hot water bottle on your stomach.the heat relaxes the muscles.
-take a pain reliever like ibuprofen that us particuly good for cramps
-or run around outside

Paracetomal or a hot water bottle =)

There's a product called Ponstan, tablet form, from the pharmacy.

Use paracetemol and coedine, its a miracle worker, take it about 30 minutes before you go to bed and it should work, it really is amazing stuff! Good luck!

nice question

tAKE SOME PAIN RELIEF PILLS

I find that a heating pad or sometimes a hot water bottle can be helpful. Because of how bad these cramps are I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation because it could be an indication of something wrong.

go to the doctor and tell him you have really bad cramps and ask for naproxen.. my doctor gave it to me along time ago cause i had cramps so bad i couldn't move... during that time of the month i take one every 12 hours and honestly i have no cramps and my periods are much lighter

Place a hot water bottle on your stomach or where you feel the cramps are coming from.
Also take some anadin extra, always works for me :D
