How long do you usually have you period for?!
Question: 4 days I'm on yasmin and it really helps with my period. before yasmin I was on alesse and my periods were 6-7 days.
when I'm not on birth control my periods are anywhere from 6-10 days but every 3-4 months.

4-5 days. I take Yasmin, so it's a lighter period most of the time and less cramps.
3-5 days w/o BC
My periods last 7-8 days (the 8th day only being spotting mostly). I usually start to get cramping the day before and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd days are usually the worst for me.
