Hormonal Imbalance?!

Question: What do you suggest for balancing hormones? Has anyone ever visited a holistic practitioner? I'm going to the heath food store tomorrow to pick up some things. Just wanted to know if you guys could recommend something natural that you may have worked for you...

Yes, I would definitely recommend a progesterone cream. But be sure you get a high quality brand. Arbonne sells one (they were the first company to make this and also the first company to put it in the vacuum pump), but there are now a few other companies who make similar products. (There is one from the brand 'Now' but I have tried it and do not recommend it. It's the cheapest brand, though, so it's tempting when you look at the prices of all the different brands.) Also, when choosing a hormone balancing cream be sure to choose one that is either in individual one-use packets or a vacuum pump. (The ones that come in a jar don't make sense because the potency is allowed to be released into the air every time the jar is opened.)
Hope this helps!

Black Cohosh is really good-many use it during menopause to relieve hot flashes, night sweats etc but you don thave to be going thru menopause to use it----it is an all natural supplement and not very expensive either---good luck to you-if you do try it give it a wek or so to get in your system really good.
