Umm... plz help!!!?!
Question: hi. ok this is really embarassing but i need an answer. plz!! sometimes, when i ...poop... i bleed. idk why though!! it doesnt hurt or sting or anything. but there is just blood! and i really bleed. like, ill wipe and the tissue will be all red. what does this mean?? is it serious?? do i have a HUGE illness or something???

The tissue of the anus is very sensitive; if your bowel movements are hard or large, you can tear your tissues slightly.
If the blood is bright red, it's probably due to this tearing. It's also possible that you're developing hemorrhoids (varicose veins in the rectum).
If the bleeding is very dark, that could mean a serious issue.
If this only happens occasionally (say once or twice a month) it is likely nothing to worry about. Be sure you're eating enough fiber (fresh fruits, leafy greans, whole wheats, etc) and drinking plenty of water (this helps move the fiber through your system and softens your bowel movements).
no u may just be about to get hemmorroids thats the first sign
if u have been constipated in the last while that can cause bleeding or u might have a little cut

It sounds as if you may have hemorrhoids which are just bulging veins in the rectum that will bleed/rupture when you poop. Sometimes doctors will lance them so they heal and you won't have the problem for a while. Trouble is, they will return, especially if you have constipation problems. well the tissue thereis EXTREMELLY thin and tears very easily. So you could have damaged it once and every time you poop it could re open again. Its a bad place to have a cut because there are so many germs there obviously, and the blood vessels are right there, and will take in the bacteria. I know its super embarassing but your probably going to have to see a doctor.
Honey, in your case, I believe you have a hemmeroid. This is just an inflammation of the skin and blood vessels in the anus. Sometimes, when you strain a little too hard when using the bathroom, it causes a blood vessel to become enlarged and rupturing a little bit, which is where the blood is coming from. However, if this is a continuing thing and if the blood is in your poop than you must see a doctor.
This will be an embarrassing experience for you but it's best you visit your doctor rather than asking us my best guess is it is Haemoroids (If I spelt it right :S) Good Luck xx
