the contraceptive pill will make it regular and lighter.
excessive exercise will have the same effect.
my doctor also gave me a prescriptive medicine to slow my flow...it worked for a while.

i used to have terrible periods also. the only time they got better was when i had an eating disorder because it basically stopped - but i definitely DON'T suggest that. now i am on birth control and the flow is much lighter and i never get cramps anymore.
No but you can take prescription stregnth motrin to help slow the bleeding down
go see a doctor if your bleeding that heavy!!!!!
