It can come whenever.. usually it takes you by surprise... but if you're lucky you might get a warning by noticing discharge starting to get bloody, or some crampy, bloaty feelings before the "gush" starts LOL..

Well... it can come at any moment. It almost has a mind of its own, unfortunately.
