Typically if you don't have a period, you are not ovulating. You need to see your doctor for an evaluation to determine why you are not ovulating. This can be due to many things, but the most common reason is a hormonal imbalance. In this case your doctor would check your levels via blood test. At this point your doctor can also determine if you are ovulating, and what your fertility status is.
