1- You're not that aroused, or you need foreplay but he just doesn't REALLY know how to excite you.

2- You need to be stimulated with the clitoris.

3- You're DEPRESSED*, anxious, moody, tired, conscious about things.

4- You think too much about WANTING TO HAVE AN ORGASM OR PLEASURE, that you don't get in the mood.

5- Masturbate first or ask him to do oral sex to you, then do it. Don't think about ANYTHING. While he stroke it, stroke it back at him too, and it may increase pleasure.

6- Ask him to touch your nipples, kiss/lick your neck/body parts while having sex, ask him to go rougher or faster... change positions.

By the way, if whenever you're having sex you're worried about "Getting Pregnant", go on the birth control pill cause that may affect your excitement to sexual activities.

*Common Low-Libido = Depression, Anxiety.

It could be that he's just not doing it right. Try different positions and see if that helps. If you think it's because you're getting loose then you could try doing some exercises to tighten it up down there. Good luck :)

Good sex has to be learned. Technique is important. You are not getting "loose". But are you sure that you want to have sex or you just do it because your boyfriend expects it from you?

This has happened to me i seen that he was still enjoying every minute of it and i was just going along lol. But then i got my period so for a few days we didnt have sex then when i was done with my period we had sex and it feel great lol. So i guess sometimes we all need a break from sex.
