This is really common at your age, and it usually has to do with hormones as well as the stresses of life--school, worries about the future, relationships, whatever else might be troubling you. You aren't feeling like yourself, but your "self" might be in the process of changing.

There could, of course, be something physical going on--migraines, for example--that there's medicine for. If you can possibly get to the doctor, tell him/her about the anger, depression, and headaches, and ask him/her to rule out any physical problem, that would be the best course of action.

If there isn't a physical issue, I suggest you do some writing in a VERY private diary and see whether you can figure out whether something is bothering you, as well as whether there is any pattern to your headaches (for example, are they worse when your period is due?).

I would also suggest that you talk to a sympathetic adult--your mother if she's available and kind, a teacher if not, and see whether you can get a referral to a good therapist. Your doctor can do this for you as well and probably has a lot of contacts. Therapy is an excellent way to figure out why you are angry and thinking about dying.

The most important thing is not to act on these feelings--not to act on the anger or the thoughts of death. They are temporary and will pass.

need pleasure n your life, do something that makes you happy gl.

You should probably try to talk to someone you trust & get some help. Can you talk to your parents or a trusted relative or friend? Maybe you should get a physical to rule out health problems. Best of luck!

it could be a form of deppression try get out more and enjoy ur l;ife u will feel a bit better and because u are nto getting out alot utr body is tried so it will like 2 sleep and eat more]hope i helped

Afraid your just a normal 16 year old. it does get (a little bit) better. The best thing to do now is to make sure your diet is balanced (this makes a big difference to mood swings) and take up a few hobbies. good luck

Your probably depressed.Maybe talk to a doctor or mom.
