Become tired?!


Question: Hey guys, I'm sick of not being able to sleep at night, and I really want to stop the habbit of that.


So can you tell me, what can i do to make myself very tired?

I tried running, jogging, 58 jumping jacks and skating. ALL TODAY. And I'm still not tired.

I NEED A SOLUTION!! :( It's 8:20 where I live.

Can you help me?

talk to a doctor, or try taking tylenol pm

talk to a sycologist maybe she can help you

hmmmm NO caffeine for one. How late do you sleep in? Maybe getting up earlier would make the difference.

you may need prescription sleeping pills. Talk to your doctor.

I don't know how old you are but sex always makes me tired.

drink a cup of cold milk i have the same problem and milk helps sometimes and if it doesn't i usually listen to music or just stay awake! it sucks!

Hi,

while that is alot of excersize, obviously it isn't enough to wear you out, the only thing i can suggest is to up the workout more and then have a relaxing bath and eat a large dinner...get comfy on your bed and dim the lights and read or watch TV, obviously dont do anything to stimulating. Computers make the brain active so steer clear in those vital hours of preparing for sleep!

if this doesn't work, I'm afraid the only way to properly build up a good sleeping habit is to lay in bed at around the appropriate time each night, eventually you'll get into the swing.

It also depends on what time you wake up.
If you wake up around 12 or 1, you probably won't get to sleep for a while.

Try waking up early, or at least a few hours earlier.

When did you do all this exercising? You could have an endorphin high that is keeping you energized. I used to have this problem when my soccer games were late at night. If you are old enough, two beers did the trick for me. If you aren't old enough for beer, my mom swears a small portion of oatmeal with apples in it works - I tried it once and slept great, but I don't really like oatmeal...
