I doubt that you have a yeast infection as the person above said.
Discharge is completely normal. The main way you will know is just that if you go to the toilet you will see that the wetness is in fact blood. The fisr time, you may not feel it or realise that you have it. Even older women have times when it takes them by surprise. But there are little signs that you will come to learn, like an achey feeling in your lower abdomen, or noticing that you are feeling fairly irritable, also once you are regular, you will just know to expect it around a certain time. But for the time being, you might not be able to tell, and it might take you by surprise, maybe you could buy some thin panty liner if you are worried about it, you could just wear them daily.

it is either a yeast infection or vaginitis. so you need some medicine for it. go to the doctor's because it might be something to worry about.

like you could soon be getting your Period.Dont count on it because its tough keeping up with it enjoy your self being "KID" "Young Teen i should say lol"

I remember that time of my life! I got my first period the month of my 13th birthday. So many of my friends had started a year or more before me that for months everytime my underwear felt slightly wet I'd rush to the bathroom to see if I was bleeding yet! It was kind of anti-climactic when it did come. Just remember that once it starts you're stuck with it for a LOOOOONG time, so enjoy not having to worry about it while you can!
