Implantation bleeding or getting my hopes up?!

Question: Ok so I am TTC for 2 months I ovulated on March 16 and yesterday when I was in the restroom I noticed really light pink spots when I wiped and then later I had a little bit on my panty liner but not much at all...today I had none when I woke up but when I used the restroom this afternoon I noticed I had some on my panty liner again but it was a little more than yesterday. I never see any blood when I actually urinate but I am still seeing spots that are really light when I wipe and haven't gotten any more on the panty liner since this afternoon. I am not cramping and my period isn't due until March 30th but my left leg has been cramping as well as my back. I took a pregnancy test just to see what it would say even though it's probably to early and I got a negative. Could this be implantation bleeding or am I just getting my hopes up?

this could be implantation bleeding, but i wouldn't get your hopes up either,
i knew i was pregnant 9 days after i ovulated (positive hpt) but i was carrying triplets (unfortunatly i lost them at 5 and 6 1/2 weeks).
try another hpt on wednesay (i would advise the first response) and hopefully it will come back positive for you.
good luck!
