Hey... I have that "problem" too...I have noticed I tend to eat alot of stuff with sodium/salt. That causes your body to retain water...Hence the pms bloat :( I tend to gain like 2-4 lbs YUCK! But then I spend about a day lol peeing it out...I didnt figure that out til recently... I was wondering why I was going so much when I really didnt drink all that much then I realized I wasnt as bloated. And its always around the time of my period. No you dont have kidney issues. Believe me, I work at a dialysis clinic. If you had kidney problems you would pee excessively but wouldnt just happen around your period and besides your body would have other problems..and thats another subject...

So....pay attention to how much salt/sodium you eat....try to keep it at a minimum... :) Works for me :)

you might have a UTI or a kidney problem. Speck with your gyno asap

most women have to go to the bathroom more during our period. It's because the uterus is inflammed and causes you to have to use the bathroom.

iam not a girl but ask online... or ask some doctor

Get checked with the doctor just to make sure. I usually get this because your body takes in more water during this time. Try not to eat too many salty foods during this time. Pampirin is good to take because it relieves you of bloating plus all the other stuff we have to deal with. Hope this helps you out some.
