I just took Plan B/Morning pill and..?!

Question: ...well I don't feel anything yet. M boyfriend I had sex for the first time ever(first time for me) yesterday(between 2 and 7 pm both times- we did it twice) and although he used condoms both times and I don't think they broke, I just want to be extra safe. I wasn't expecting to have sex yesterday but now that I'm sexually active, I definately must get on birth control soon. Anyway so I took the first Plan b pill about 2 hrs ago(9:30pm) and I don't feel anything. No nausea, tiredness etc. Is it normal to not get any symptoms at all? Also, my boyfriend doesn't know I took the pill so should I tell him or it that ...lame? or irrelevent? I'm kind of worried about puking though cause I heard that if you puke whatsoever, then the pill won't work cause you would have puked it out..? Anyways well, if you've taken Plan b, please give some pointers on your experience and what I could do if the symptoms show up. Thanks much! :)

It's normal not to feel anything, its doesn't mean it's not working or anything. But just so you know, it's not really necessary to do that every time, it may even cause more anxiety for you because it make your period come later than it is supposed to. When I took it, I felt some mild discomfort in my lower abdomen but that was all. It also made my period come 2 weeks later. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless it was absoultely necessary, just because its not good for the body to needlessly pump it with chemicals. It's good that you want to get on to birth control pills, but until then, if you are using condoms and you use them properly, you dont need to use plan B every time. So the best thing to do would be to make an appointment at your local gp and have a chat about getting on to birth control pills so that you can stop worrying so much and just enjoy sex.

and congrats btw!

I took it once but they gave me antinausea pills to take with it so I never felt nauseous cuz it made me pass out.

I've taken it once, and I didn't have any symptoms at all.

You should take gravol so that you dont tthrow it up, and you dont have to go buy it again. You shouldnt use plan b if the condom didnt rip. Its not really healthy, just like any drug. You wont necessarily feel any/all of the symptoms. Maybe you will just feel really drowsy. Btw, you are supposed to take the two pills at the same time.
