your actually not soppose to put it inside your soppose to apply externaly but you must make sure it dosent have any flavoring color ECT just plain yogurt. Theres also diffrent creams you can buy over the counter that are applied externaly hope this helped

Yogurt?????

YEA!!!!!!!!!A SPOON!!!!!!!!!!

Just go buy some Monistat.

OMG, the yogurt is for eating! Some types have live cultures in it that help your body's defenses. They make your bacteria back in check or something like that. You don't put it on...yourself. I'm sorry, I'm not gonna lol but I just want to clear this up for you.

what the hell does yogurt do? i never heard of that one.

i've heard of the yogurt thing...but I wouldn't use it. i think it is an old wives tale....go to the store and get some real yeast infection medications....it's not too expensive maybe like 10 bucks!

girl don't put no yogurt you'll get more infection put soap and water and keep it dry...gosh who told you that they supposed to be in jail.....

Try over the counter medications for yeast infection (like monistat)
Please dont put yogurt up there- it will only make things worse.

Well i once a yeast infetion and it doesn't work as well but i only ate yogurt... I didn't get rid of it as quick but i did get rid of it quicker than nt doing abything!!!

you are supposed to eat the yogurt.....see a doctor!

Your right about the Yogurt as long as its natural and not fruit flavoured. Just put it on the outside don't try to put it inside yourself.

Yogurt will help the irritation and itching on the outside but it won't get rid of the yeast (and make sure you use unsweetened yogurt, otherwise you'll just feed the yeast!).

You would do much better to get an over-the-counter cream, such as monistat. However, you still have to use an applicator to put it in; just slip it in very, very gently, with some of the cream on the outside to make it easier.

If you really can't stand to put anything inside, you should see a doctor and get a prescription for diflucan, a pill, which will get rid of it in a day or two.

Yogurt may not help with a yeast infection since yeast is a fungus. Yogurt has "good" bacteria, the same kind of bacteria that grows naturally in your vagina and helps control "Bad" bacteria. Yogurt can help with bacterial vaginosis infection, but it may not help with a yeast infection since it is not an anti-fungal. If this is your first infection of this sort, you should see a doctor.

are we having a picnic?

I'll bring the strawberries!

Oh I hope you didn't put that in yourself. The yogurt is to eat, and it helps by regulating the ph in your vagina. Make sure you only are eating it, by mouth. If you put that inside you may make the infection worse because of the milk product in it. And for future reference, any time you are inserting anything in you, ie. monistat ovuals or vagistat, you cannot use a tampon. The stuff is made to come out of you and you use a pad for the drainage. Your best bet for clearing up the infection is to use one of the above mentioned inserts. Usually a 3 day works better, but if your in a hurry a 1 day will do fine. But keep in mind it doesn't go away quickly, it'll take a few days to go away. In the meantime while your waiting for it to go away, don't have sex and dont douche, because it will irritate it more and take longer to heal. Good luck!

The yogurt is for eating you do not put it in your private areas. The enzymes in the yogurt will have an adverse effect on the yeast organisms...so take my advice put the yogurt on a gyro not your hotey ho.

Geez!!!!!!!!!! The yogurt, with LIVE cultures, is for eating!!!! It is mainly used to PREVENT yeast infections from occuring due to antibiotic use, etc. It does help those that have recurring yeast infections. It balances out the 'good' bacteria and 'bad' bacteria. I can't believe someone would consider putting it in 'there'. LMAO.....
