Information about yoga please?!
Question: im thinking about taking a yoga class (beginners obviously) maybe 2 times a week...is there any pointers that helped u when u began or anything you have learned that helped u when starting out??

Don't worry about how flexible you are. You don't have to be flexible to do yoga but a regular practice will increase your flexibility.
The best advice I can give for starting is not to try to compare yourself to the rest of the class. Focus inward and only do what your body is comfortable doing in the moment. Yoga is very non-judgemental and non-competitive like other sports. Be gentle with yourself and if there is something you are unable to do, it's ok to sit on your mat and focus on breathing.

YOGA is very good for our health i m not leaned about yoga but i do yoga plz join yoga class ....very affectable for u.....
