Not in my husband's case. His hands aren't very big and he only wears a 9 1/2 shoe. He's quite the slender man in general. But I tell him he must have gotten in line twice when they passed out "organs". It was a bit of a surprise at first glance.

I think that this is a myth that some guy with big hands and a tiny penis made up to make himself feel better.
