Question: Is this my period or what??
Okay i missed my period for the 28th of february... had spotting of brownish when i wiped that started march 4th thru the 12th.... had cramping nausea(especially when i smelled MCDONALDS my fave) sore bbs(off & on), took 4 URINE tests which were negative 2 urine tests at the ER & 2 hpt... last test was a week ago...i had some lower side cramps but VERY light... and 2 nights ago i started spotting turned from light light pink to brownish red only when i wiped..then for half the day today i needed just a ultra thin pad then it stopped... now bak to very light brown spotting when only i wipe.. just like the spotting on the 4th... BUT no cramps at all during the 3 past days which i usually do have when i get my period.. whats happening...? please i need advice please..

If you're sexually active you could possible have had an early miscarriage. Because a possible pregnancy would have been lost so close to your usual period day, HCG levels would not have shown up on a pregnancy test, especially if those levels were dropping due to a miscarriage.
I recommend you just relax, you've already been to the doctor and if there was anything wrong with you he would have said something. Just think of this as "one of those things" you have to put up with for being a girl.
