What do these symptoms point to...?!

Question: I have had this REALLY horrible headache all day that won't go away, I have tried taking tylenol. A dull backache. And a stabbing pain in my lower abdomen on and off. I don't think it's labor or anything but was wondering if the symptoms point to some type of infection (bladder, kidney, ect) or something. I am almost 36 weeks with twins.

Yes I agree blood pressure too high or low maybe! Watch the Tylenol as they have found this can raise a womans B.P. as far as the back ache and stabbing pain could be appendix or kidney stone maybe! First kidney stones are a very common thing to occur during pregnancy due to calcium supplements and other reasons! My first stone was during my pregnancy Kidney stone pain will come and go in waves you do get abdominal pain flank pain and chills but you do not need to get all any one of the above is enough to suggest kidney stone!GET CHECKED!!! Could be a bladder infection or braxton hicks contractions but I'd get to my doctors office asap.

I think you need to take your prego tush to the doc.

With the headache that won't go away, I would be concerned about your blood pressure... especially with twins... my advice would be to speak with your doctor, to rule out something serious like the beginnings of toxaemia.

Hope this helps!
