if its hot i wear a nighty and undies, if its moderate/normal i wear undies, pj bottoms and a singlet top or small t-shirt, cold i wear undies, pj bottoms, pj top, two blankets and a duvet :P so conclusion- yes i wear my undies in bed.
I feel uncomfortable sleeping naked, i also worry that if i woke up suddenly and had to get out of the house (in the event of a fire or earthquake) i would be ina bit of a pickle if i had no clothes on and/or wasnt decent.
Some people sleep nude, I think most guys sleep in boxers, and girls sleep in underwear with shorts or sometimes a gown. I think it's fine to wear underwear lol...

Personally, in summer when its hot (Im from australia so it is terribly hot) I cannot stand to wear underwear or clothes to bed. At the most I wear a pair of undies when I have my period, but thats about it. In winter I tend to wear underwear and pyjamas so I dont get cold. But it just feels less restricting and also less hot.
I sleep nude
Underwear is very different these days.
My grandmother never wore underwear under her nightgown. She told me one had to "air it out", at night, but she wore cotton undies.
If it's really, really hot, I might sleep nude. If I get really hot during the night, i might strip down. For the most part, I wear underwear. It's a personal preference and I've never had a problem.
I took some pills and slept nude the last time I had to take antibiotics. Otherwise, I'm fond of my undies.
Huh, I'm a man and I sleep in boxers, there comfortable and breathable.
