Questionable Bleeding..?!
Question: I'm twenty years old and have only had one sexual partner, my boyfriend of three years. I've been spotting every now and then and after intercourse I bleed as well. It seems be happening on a "time schedule" (I bleed early in the AM hours unless I have sex then it will come immediantly after or during) and it's starting to worry me. I looked up my symptoms online and saw I could have an STD of some sort. Needless to say, I got tested and the results were negative. My boyfriend took one as well and we both had a clean bill of health. I also took a pregnancy test while I was there; that came back negative as well. It's stressing me out because it's been happening for about two months now. I don't know how much more I can take. It's starting to affect me emotionally. On a regular day, it's a scant amount of blood per day. Occasionally it's like a light period although the blood is dark brown. After sex it can be a little heavier. Does anyone know what else could be causing this?
