I haven't had a BM in 6 days?!

Question: Is this serious..and suggestions on what I should do?? Please be serious....
I took 4 laxatives in 2 days to try and relieve this constipation, and it hasn't worked...still constipated?????

have you been eating plenty of fibre?
whole grains, vegetables etc
prune juice and coffee are natural laxatives
i find eating a raw carrot can help (weird but true)
if that doesnt work maybe its time to head to the doctor

If you're in pain I'd see a doctor. They may do an x-ray and an enema (that will flush you out).

You should either go see a doctor or try an enema. Which they just might perform on you if you go. They put water in your anus that goes directly to the bowels to loosen them. Pill laxatives can be quite harsh on the stomach but for them not to work doesn't sound to good. Go get that checked or try the enema available at all drug stores.
