Girls get their growth spurt around 12 or 13 ish (again this can vary) and after that it might seem like you aren't growing much but its just a lot slower. I thought I was completely done growing but when I was 18 I had another little 'boob' growth spurt.

They can continue to grow until your early 20s, but I think generally they stop in your late teens

Just depends. I bought new bras today and had to go up a cup size. I'm 32 and haven't gained any body weight. It is quite annoying. Some women stop much earlier.
