Answers: shave the hair under your arms?? also i still dont know how to wax...

For your underarms, I was always taught to shave in four directions with a clean, new razor every time. I know this gets expensive, so find a good brand of razors to use, like the Venus disposibles or something to that matter, and use shaving gel, not soap and water, because it dries the skin out and causes irritation. You can find some pretty inexpensive gel at the dollar store.

To shave your underarms, first soak the area with warm (not hot) water to open the pores. I also as a personal preference, if I have enough time, like to exfoliate to take off dead skin and open up in-grown hairs, or those nasty red bumps you sometimes get when the hair grows back into your skin. Then, the first direction you want to take is down. Lather with the gel, and shave a couple of times in a downward direction. Then, shave upward. Next, save to the right or left, then the opposite direction. I find that this method gets all hairs, and even gets closer to the skin. Yes, it involves more time, but it gets every hair.

As for the waxing, honestly, I wouldn't do it by yourself the first time. The reason why is when you do it yourself, you sometimes make mistakes like overheat the wax, or you burn yourself, don't get every hair, etc. For your first time, schedule an appointment with a waxing specialist, and let them show you and talk to you how to do it properly. This makes sure that you are first comfortable with the procedure, and that you got expert advice on how to do it.

If you really want to do it yourself, it depends on what method you want to use. I personally don't like Nair, just because the depilatory cream doesn't get the fine hairs. I tried a cold wax once, and it didn't work as well. So, my advice would be to use a good brand, and read all the directions closely. Make sure you do this procedure over the weekend, or at least a couple of days before a big event to prevent redness and swelling from ruining your day and evening.

Good luck, and I hope you feel more confident at least with the shaving portion of this question.

when ur in the shower just shave it off

put shaving cream on the armpit
and shave it off

lift your arm above your head
apply shaving cream to your armpit
take your razor
gently shave like you are shaving your legs.....

Don't wax your armpits. That area is much too sensitive for that. Just shave them while you're in the shower.

u shave the underarm hair by...
lift up ur arm
put shaving cream on the pit ..
and take 3-4 strokes DOWN! not up.

im 12 and i do this! lol . its very simple but i suggest that u watch urself in the mirror or something first becuz it will be easier to watch urself while doing it.

Get in the shower
Turn it on
Wait for it to get warm
Go under the water
Put the razor under the water so it doesn't leave razor burn afterward
Lift you're arm up & get your armpit slightly damp
Apply shaving cream
Shave desired area
Rinse cream off & repeat with other armpit.

wet your arm pit
put some shaving cream on it
get the razor
lift arm
and shave it off like you'd shave your legs but sometimes you need to shave in different directions to get a good shave, I liked to shave upwards and then across I find that gets it the best for me....varies by person!
Also if you cut yourself, I wouldn't put deodorant on right away because it'll sting!

Soap up or lather up the area with the hair, lift your arm and shave it off.

When you are in the shower, lather your armpits with soap (or shaving cream), now take the razor and (gently!) "stroke" the main area of your armpit.

*TIPS*
Make sure to use plenty of soap
shave only downward (torwards you feet)
use a good razor

Hope I helped! =]
