Question: Okay, so I have 3 red like bumps on my vagina. Like they aren't just little like rash bumps, as crazy as this sounds, they look like pimples of some sort? I shave, i dont know if that helps at all. Plz help!

It could be a pimple..or an ingrown hair. Since you said you shave your pubic area,it's probably an ingrown hair. Exfoliate your skin and maybe take a break from shaving for awhile,so your skin can heal....or try waxing. If you have dark hair or curly hair (on your head) then you are more prone to getting an ingrown hair than someone with straighter, lighter colored hair.

Could be ingrown hairs, usually happens when you shave...that's part of why they recomend waxing...but they make cream for it, you can get it at the drugstore...
Also I duno but it COULD be an STD...unprotected sex, blah, blah, blah, I'm sure you know what that is...
It could also just be a pimple:)
If you're really concerned you could make a doctor or gyno appt.

you said they aren't rash bumps but, they could be. because you are not supposed to shave your vagina. most doctors will say it gives you a rash if you do. People usually only shave their vagina if they are swimmers, they say it will make them move faster. So stop shaving there and keep an eye on it.
Could be Ingrown hairs...could be HPV(gential warts), God forbid Herpes...best advice see you Dr. ASAP.

don't worry bout it it's probably just ingrowing hairs or some women get boils on there private parts. its just hormones if they become very painful and you are worried go see ur doctor but i'm sure they will go!
they could be little white heads i had some on my vagina but they just went away
