no tampons dont hurt just make sure you take them out every few hours you dont want to get toxic shock syndrome.
If inserted properly it should not hurt. Make sure that it is in far enough.
they are not supposed to. I do not even feel them when they are inside of me. Except my tampon did hurt once, when I was almost done my period an I guess there wasnt enough blood for lube and then it felt sore for the time that it was inside me so I removed it.
