I suggest using tampons if it's heavy, at least. With tampons you can't feel it AT ALL! Great, huh? Now, with just a pad, your in for it. It's like THE grossest feeling! It's kind of like you pee your pants every time you stand up from sitting down, or even if you are just standing. But, a better description would probably be a very light force kind of "opening" your "area" (lol) and then GUSH!!
lol you dont feel it really. you might feel like liquid is coming out of you but it really isnt bad. you will not feel it at all if you wear tampons.
If your using tampons you can't feel it, but if your using Pads it feels like you peed your pants a little.
you dont feel you period coming out, but some girls do have cramps, but thats your muscels working to "clean house", I advise if you are expecting your period to start wearing pantliners so you are prepared and dont get a nasty surprise :)

It depends, every girl/woman is different. You may recieve cramps, or you may feel a little moisture;soem people dont feel anything at all. The best way to keep up with your period is,by using a calendar,that way you wont have to worry about any suprises!
