There's no pill that I know of that increases libido in women -- and definitely not one that does it instantly.
Also, viagra doesn't work that way in men -- in other words, it doesn't make them WANT to be sexual, it makes their bodies ABLE to be sexual. Viagra is for men who can't have erections because there's some physical problem with them; to be perfectly blunt, the guys who need viagra are the guys whose d*cks aren't working. It doesn't work by making guys WANT sex, it works by making the guys who DO want sex get hard-ons, but the guys have to want sex by themselves.
And for men, just like for women, the best way to WANT sex is to be with a partner who really knows how to get you worked up -- and there's no magic pill that will do that, only really getting to know someone will do that.
Mind you, there are some cases where a woman may have a hormone deficiency that causes her to never want to have sex ever ever, and those conditions can be treated. But that's different from someone who is kind of "meh" about sex, because she's with a guy she isn't all that into.
