5 2' female, 115lbs, normal crunches just dont do anything anymore, what els!

lol thats mad weird because i am the SAME EXACT heigh and weight as you.

well...are you trying to lose weight, cause i am too! lol. alright, well what i do is i play badminton for my school and i play tennis outside of school. i also do crunches.

btw, this is what i noticed makes A HUGE improvement, DONT EAT CHOCOLATE OR SWEETS! really! and try not to eat peanut butter. you'll feel better and look better. and since you're not eating junk you're skin will look a lot better too

you dont need to lose weight. your actually at the PERFECT weight for your height. :) just check the wight and height chart.

im the same height and weight as you!! and you don't need to lose weight, just exercise and eat healthy. xo
