its different for most women. for me.. it first feels like kind of a heartbeat in my genital region. then it moves through my body. i feel tingly all over in my spine, my genitals sometimes even my neck. it almost feels like you have to pee but then it relaxes and it feels tingly. sometimes it feels like your body is on the verge of passing out but in a good way if thats possible.. haha. its incredibly hard to explain. its AMAZING though.
