I've missed my period for 3 months now. Not pregnant- what else could it be?!

Question: I'm a 25 year old female... I haven't changed any eating habits (no weight gain/loss) and am not excercising any differently than I always do. Should I be worried?

any change in your hormones needs to be looked at, better see a doctor. You can expect to be pregnancy tested first, they never believe a woman when she says she has not been having sex, after that, they will probably check you for hormone levels and bloodcounts, maybe for polyps etc.

Yes, that's not normal. I would go to the doctor.

Go to a doc. that isn't right. Maybe its nothing but go just in case. Its better to be safe than sorry .

hope its ok

I didn't get my period regularly and I was diagnosed with PCOS - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

no, but go to the ob/gyn anyways just to be sure. it could be PCOS, stress, or the birth control you are on.

stress can do that too. I had that happen one time & my OBGYN gave me prescription medicine that starts it back up
