Question: i had a miscarriage about a month ago, i got my first period 2 days ago since it happened. well it is really really heavy... im having a little bit of cramping, but im bleeding really heavily. is this normal?

I think that's the fetus exiting your body, although I could be wrong. Uhm, I've never had a miscarriage or a period though, so what do I know.
