Did too many Plan B pills screw up my hormones?!
Question: I am aware of my stupidity, but i ended up taking plan b once a week for about 10 times. i stopped about a month ago, but for the past two-ish months i've been RIDICULOUSLY emotional. I usually NEVER cry, but just today, i think i cried about 10 times. i don't even know why i'm crying! i'm driving my boyfriend crazy because he doesn't know what to do because he doesn't know why i'm crying. He's now just getting annoyed, and i don't blame him. I feel horrible, we're both miserable. I stopped taking plan b, but did it mess up my hormones permanently? how do i fix this without going on medication?

Your hormones will take time to settle down, but there should be no long-term damage.
It might be better to insist that he uses a condom rather than to rely on you using a pill for a while. There are plenty of different ones out there.
