Amoxicillin and birth control?!
Question: so heres the deal. i know what happens when you mix the two, and i was prepared with a backup. my boyfriend however, thought that it did not matter since it felt too good. so he came in me. i am very upset with him right now and also very nervous.
i recalled my doctor saying that the effectiveness of the BC can be lowered but not all the time. and ive also read up on certain websites that the effectiveness only lowers to a mere 1%, some websites even say that it does not affect the effectiveness at all. im really quite confused, does anybody know how much of the BC's effectiveness is lowered? is there any evidence?
