That white stuff would be discharge my dear. Normally you get cramps, back/neck ache, Mood swings. If you think your going to get it soon, just wear a panty liner in case.

White stuff= discharge. Basically this means your vagina is cleaning itself, it's not a sign you're getting your period. Discharges can start when a girl is as young as 10 years old.

Brown discharge= your period is here or it is starting soon.

You can get discharge before you get your period. If its a brownish colour then you might be about to start your period. You might also be getting some cramps and pms symptoms. For now wear pantyliners for the discharge and be prepared to start your period because it could be on its way.
