and i'm a 32c!!I'm pretty skinny 2!and my back is really small
but when i got measured she made me a size higher so its a 32d...but the bra was too big do now im back 2 my 32c!

So I would say your pretty darn good. It only took me about 6 years to get boobs. I was about a 32 A when I was 14..really I could have gotten away with wearing nothing if I wanted.
That's a good size. I wish I was as big as that. I'm 16 and still 30 AA/A depending on the shop.
I would switch with you any day... I am 13 and I don't even have to wear padded bras yet because mine are so small that sports bras work just fine =( but you are really developed
