Question: Okay, so I'm a young teenager and...okay this is really embarassing, but...I am always...wet in my.nether regions, regardless of whether I am aroused or not. And at random times I can feel it come out. It feels like it does when I have my period, except it's clear/white. I know this sounds like a fake question, but I really am being honest and it's really embarassing so please don't mock me.

Don't be embarrassed sweetheart..its normal, a vagina is a self cleaning oven, so to speak and that's how it does it, absolutely nothing to be concerned about..general daily hygiene is all that matters!

If female just some discharge, don't worry you will get used to it.
This is absolutely normal for a young woman. as stated earlier your vagina will expel various discharges in order to keep clean. As your cycle goes, you are most likely ovulating at this time of the month and as your egg is not fertilised - the egg Will be discharged, and this is the white gooey substance you have mentioned

This much discharge is not normal, especially if you have any itching or irritation in the area. I suggest you see a gynecologist, preferably female because they listen to their patients' problems better than men do. The exam is not scary. You are draped with a sheet so nothing shows, and your mom can go with you and hold your hand if you want her to. The instrument used, called a speculum, comes in several sizes for comfort, and the one used for virgins is tiny. Tell the doc your problem, even if you just told the nurse. Tell her it's your first exam, and she should explain everything before she does it. It should not hurt.
I suspect you may have a yeast infection. You can get a yeast infection after taking antibiotics. The vagina has yeast present normally, but antibiotics can kill off the other bacteria that normally keep the yeast in check. Then you have too many yeast, and a yeast infection. It will not go away by itself, but you can buy the stuff to treat it without a prescription.
Aww hunni don't worry its totally normal and theres nothing wrong, the vagina is just cleaning its self so to speak. Your perfectly fine.
