That sounds healthy to me!... the average height for a woman is about 5'6 and most woman stop growing at your age... 140 is a healthy weight... and the bra size is fine.. everyone is different in that catagory... some are much smaller or much bigger with the same other physical sizes
girls may be shorter than you weigh less than you and have smaller breasts but trust me everyone is different.. your normal.

You sound normal to me. I'm about 5'7 weigh around 160 and am a 36 C. We are pretty much the same. And I do belive I am normal.
